Kia ora, I am Kathleen Nora and I am named after my two Grandmothers, an honour that I hold very dear, thus the reason I claim this name as the blanket for all my Soul offerings.
I live in Aotearoa, New Zealand with my Husband Jimmy Jim Jim, and our 5 beautiful children.
We are Kaitiaki (Guardians) of very special land which we are co-nurturing, and regenerating in Native trees and Bush.
We dream of building a Divine Temple and Retreat in our Ngahere (Forest), where you can come and forage for Rongoā (Māori Medicine), and take part in Sacred Food Ceremonies.
My healing journey
began after the birth of my daughter. I was a newly single Mum with 2 under 2, my Saturn Return was fast approaching, and with the encouragement of friends I knew I had to put my love of food into something worthwhile.
I put my study hat on and commenced a Nutritional Science Diploma through the Naturopathic College of New Zealand. A path that led me to my other great love that is Bio-Resonance Frequency Medicine. I have since studied Esoteric Hypnotherapy, Rongoā Māori and Applied and Galactic Astrology.
The Energy, Intention & Gratitude behind Food
The ancient Greeks introduced the concept of energy in humans, animals and plants, and knew that if the food they were cooking had good energy and brought “agapi” (unconditional love), their vitality would reflect this.
My values as a Nutritionist have evolved from the Clinical approach, to one of being in deep reverence and harmony with Nature. This is the Philosophy that I embody and teach.
